What to expect...

Our ever popular PYO sessions are back! Please head over to the 'Pick Your Own' page for more information. The below information is SUPER IMPORTANT! Please read before booking! Only ONE BOOKING needs to be made per group of pickers! The booking made online will entitle the group to ONE BUCKET of flowers and any EXTRA BUCKETS can be paid for on the day. Cash, card or gift voucher payments are welcome on the day. If you are lucky enough to have one of our PYO gift vouchers and would like to use it to make your online booking, just pop the unique 6 digit code associated with your voucher into the 'coupon/ promo code' box to redeem. Remember, if more than one person in your group has a gift voucher, only one needs to be used to make the online bookings and any others can be redeemed on the day. Bookings are allocated in half an hour arrival slots, but feel free to stay much longer. Please try to arrive anywhere within the half an hour you have booked, to enable us to spread the footfall out throughout the day. However, we know plans change, we know that kids won't get dressed and we know that car keys go walkabouts, so please don't worry if you're a little early or late! As ever, there is an element of the provisional about PYO dates. Unfortunately, the Great British Weather can do strange things which rarely means that we have to cancel. In these rare occasions, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered in accordance with our cancellation policy. 

Cancellation Policy

Workshop fees (incl. Pick Your Own) are non-refundable if cancellation is made less than 10 days before the event, unless we are able to re-sell your place, in which case a full refund will be given. If cancellation is made more than 10 days before, a 50% refund will be given, again unless we are able to re-sell, in which case a full refund will be given. If you are no longer able to make it, please do let us know and we will always do our best to re-sell your space. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the event, for extremely bad weather for example, we will endeavour to contact all attendees using the methods provided in the booking and a full refund will be given. Please make sure your contact details are correct and get in touch if anything changes prior to the event.
